Mum's Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients:

4 Tablespoons Flour

4 Tablespoons Sugar

4 Tablespoons Cocoa

1 Egg

4 Tablespoons Milk

4 Tablespoons Oil

Drop of Vanilla Essence

2 Tablespoons Milk Chocolate Drops

2 Tablespoons White Chocolate Drops

2 Tablespoons Dark Chocolate Drops

Method:

In a Large Mug, add flour, sugar and cocoa, mix well.

Add egg, mix well.

Add milk and oil, mix well.

Add vanilla essence and chocolate drops, mix well.

Microwave for 2 1/2  minutes on full power. (900 watt Microwave) - adjust cooking time to suite microwave wattage.

When cooking, the cake will rise over the top of the mug, don't be alarmed, this is completely normal!

If possible, allow cake to cool and then enjoy!
